Process description: The following process is adopted for brickmaking. The high quality sintered magnesite produced by the kiln of the company, chrome concentrate and calcined bauxite are used as raw materials. The concentrate proportion, high temperature firing are adopted to produce various brands basic refractories.

Medium grade MgO-Al2O3-Cr2O3 bricks taking medium grade sintered magnesite, super grade calcined bauxite (or MgO-Al2O3 spinal) and chrome concentrate as raw material, meticulous proportion, high pressure moulding, high temperature firing etc. The bricks are widely used for the arch brick laying because of good thermal shock resistance, slag resistance and better high temperature performance.
